Job Description:

Safety & Security Officer position at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles, responsible for ensuring property security, responding to guest requests, monitoring safety systems, and delivering The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards of luxury hospitality service.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to Residence owners' and their guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services
Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system
Lock property entrances when required
Serve as overnight Residences Concierge and Loss Prevention representative
Maintain coverage of Concierge area
Respond to special requests from Residence owners and their guests with unique needs
Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Review and document all incidents in the logbooks
Escort any unwelcome persons from the property
Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts
Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
