Job Responsibility

Become a central point of contact for the operations team, encompassing stadium safety and security
Manage all travel and accommodation for the stadium safety and security team
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, venue bookings, meeting logistics, agendas and actions
Provide high-quality coordination and administrative support across projects, meetings and operational activity
Undertake additional tournament related projects including tournament milestone events
Manage schedules, actions, trackers and documentation
Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials and updates
