Job Description:

Business Risk & Compliance Co-worker role at IKEA Perth, responsible for creating a safe and secure environment while ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting risk prevention initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

First point of contact for visitors, contractors, and co-workers
Provide administrative support for risk prevention and compliance tasks
Monitoring and reviewing CCTV
Conduct investigations
Respond to alarms
Initiate emergency response procedures
Ensure store compliance with IKEA and local regulations
Assist with emergency situations and safety incidents
Support Risk & Compliance culture
Collaborate with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

Valid Security license
First Aid & CPR certifications or willingness to obtain them
Strong customer focus
Passion for creating safe and secure working environment
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience with computers and IT systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proactive, problem-solving mindset
