Job Responsibility:

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies

Investigate accidents and incidents thoroughly, providing detailed reports and recommendations for preventative measures
Deliver engaging safety training programs to employees at all levels, fostering a proactive safety culture
Collaborate with other departments to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation
Promote a strong safety culture through active engagement and communication

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field is required
In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards
Proven experience conducting safety audits and inspections
Proficiency in developing and delivering safety training programs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
