Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Safety Local Support (f/m) to join our HSE & Human Factors department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing a safe environment for the Saint-Eloi site, the unique plant worldwide producing pylon for all aircraft programs. As part of the HSE & Human Factors team, you will be involved in operational support activities aiming at securing workplace safety and risk management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor site HSE performance by delivering key indicators and dashboards for weekly and monthly safety management meetings
  • Support managers and operators in implementing prevention guidelines and ensuring compliance with co-activity management rules
  • Coordinate occupational risk identification through professional risk assessments and ensure the rigorous management of associated action plans
  • Ensure the integration of HSE requirements within industrial projects, operational procedures, and during the acquisition of new equipment
  • Manage accidental events by performing root cause analysis, writing reports, and leading the safety network to promote a prevention culture

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in an industrial environment (production experience is a plus)
  • Background in HSE Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies and strong analytical skills
  • Team spirit and ability to communicate effectively across all hierarchical levels
  • Proficiency in English for understanding standards and professional interactions
