In this pivotal role, you’ll set the vision for HSE compliance, champion innovation, and ensure seamless integration of ISO45001-aligned systems across multi-site operations. From risk management and governance to training and cultural transformation, you’ll be at the forefront of creating safer, smarter environments that enhance resilience and sustainability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and implementation of HSE strategies, policies, and risk registers across the Real Estate portfolio
  • Drive cultural change through governance committees, training programs, and engagement initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to identify risks and embed best practices early in projects
  • Oversee audits, compliance monitoring, and incident investigations to ensure continuous improvement
  • Leverage data-driven insights to anticipate emerging risks and future-proof safety practices
  • Champion digital innovation and advanced methodologies (HAZOP, Bow Tie, BIM) for risk management

Requirements:

  • Qualified HSE professional (NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent) with deep knowledge of CDM duties
  • Proven experience in large-scale property and regeneration projects, ideally including residential, commercial, and life sciences
  • Expertise in risk reduction, digital innovation, and advanced safety methodologies
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to inspire cross-functional teams
  • Ability to deliver training, conduct root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement strategies

Nice to have:

Experience of offshore or high and major hazard environments desirable
