Job Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards within the industrial facility
  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures to ensure a zero-accident workplace
  • Evaluate industrial processes and machinery to ensure they meet national and international safety standards
  • Lead safety training programs for staff to promote a culture of awareness and compliance
  • Investigate industrial accidents or near-misses, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
  • Prepare detailed safety reports and maintain accurate documentation for regulatory audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Engineering
  • 4 to 7 years of professional experience in an industrial safety role
  • Strong expertise in safety management, industrial safety protocols, and systematic risk assessment methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to communicate safety requirements effectively to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative, fast-paced environment
