Support internal and external safety investigations in coordination with the Nominated Person Safety and Flight Crew Liaison Officer, including tracking of follow-up actions
Assist with the analysis of safety reports and occurrence data by identifying trends and producing statistical outputs and visualisations for use in Safety Action Groups (SAG), Safety Review Board (SRB), and other safety meetings
Facilitate hazard identification and support departments with conducting risk assessments and management of change across the organisation
Assist in the delivery of staff training on safety reporting systems and tools, and support Emergency Response Plan (ERP) exercises and drills, including preparation, coordination, and post-exercise review
Support the Nominated Person Safety in liaising with regulatory authorities, auditors and third-party providers
Participate in external safety seminars, workshops, and industry forums as required, and assist with the review and administration of relevant safety-related service contracts
Administer and support the Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) programme under the oversight of the Nominated Person Safety
Process and analysis of flight data using the approved FDM system
Configure and maintain aircraft set-up within the FDM system
Analyse flight data to identify existing and emerging operational and safety trends
Produce statistical reports and data visualisations to support safety performance monitoring, including use of third-party tools (e.g. Power BI)
Maintain and periodically review FDM procedures and relevant sections of the Operations Manual (OMM), ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
