At KFH we are looking for a Safety Compliance Team Manager to join our Property Management team in KFH house, Wimbledon. As Safety Compliance Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of six consultants to ensure all landlord safety obligations across our property portfolio are fully compliant with legislation and internal standards.
Job Responsibility:
Managing statutory safety certifications (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, smoke and CO alarms) and ensuring timely renewals
Leading pre-tenancy audits to confirm compliance before move-in
Driving continuous improvement and producing compliance performance reports for senior management
Collaborating with contractors and internal teams to maintain high standards and accurate documentation
Requirements:
Strong understanding of residential property compliance legislation and safety requirements
Proven experience managing a compliance or property operations team
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Confident communication skills to influence and engage at all levels
Proficiency in property management software such as Reapit & FixFlo is preferred
Nice to have:
ARLA or similar property qualification is desirable
