Job Responsibility

  • Support the coordination and production of Safety Cases across a portfolio of buildings
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and readily accessible for audit and regulatory review
  • Work closely with Building Safety Managers and consultants to gather required data and evidence
  • Track progress of Safety Case production, identifying gaps and supporting timely delivery
  • Maintain structured data systems and document control processes across all safety cases
  • Support the preparation of reports, submissions, and regulatory documentation
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure information is complete and consistent
  • Continuously improve data management processes, templates, and systems to drive efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative, compliance, or document control role (ideally within property, construction, or a regulated environment)
  • Understanding of the Golden Thread concept
  • Understanding of Building Safety principles and/or willingness to develop knowledge in this area
  • Familiarity with document management systems and data handling processes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, SharePoint, and document management tools)
