Job Description:

Conduct loss prevention duties to safeguard the property, assets, guests, and employees at Fairfield by Marriott Cebu Mactan. Enforce company policies, respond to emergencies, and ensure documentation and confidentiality.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct audits
patrol property
assist guests/employees in emergencies
monitor alarm systems
defuse disruptions
complete reports
train and motivate staff
enforce policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Conduct key control audit
monitor electronic key boxes
issue/receive master keys, radios, and beepers
ensure the safekeeping of items
patrol all areas of the property
assist guests with room access
monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems
respond to accidents
contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR
assist guests/employees during emergency situations
notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents
defuse guest/employee disturbances
call for outside assistance if necessary
complete incident reports
resolve safety hazard situations
escort unwelcome persons from property
report scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts
complete shift summary/daily activity report
maintain confidentiality of reports/documents
provide paperwork to employees requiring outside medical treatment
type, proofread, and copy security reports
assist management in training and motivating staff
assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time
follow company policies and procedures
report unsafe work conditions
maintain uniform and personal appearance standards
maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
welcome and assist guests
assist individuals with disabilities
speak with others using clear and professional language
answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
develop and maintain positive working relationships
listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of others
ensure quality assurance expectations and standards
comply with licensing/registration requirements
read and verify information in various formats (e.g., small print)
visually inspect tools/equipment for defects
enter and locate work-related information using computers
move at a speed to respond to work situations
stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
lift/carry objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds
lift/carry objects weighing over 75 pounds with assistance
manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
bend, twist, pull, and stoop
perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
