Job Responsibility
Establishing a centralised, cross-location and cross-country safety and security management framework
Creating organisation-wide safety and security standard documents
Ensuring regular training on safety, security and travel management for different internal stakeholder groups
Acting as a central point of expertise and advice on safety, security and travel-related risks
Contributing to incident analysis and lessons learned processes
Developing further and mentoring the organisational travel management
Requirements
Several years of relevant professional experience in an international field
University Degree in Safety and Security Management, Economic Science, Business Administration or equivalent
Professional knowledge of safety and security
Communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English and German
Ability to distil complex concepts and recommendations in a simple manner
Analytical thinking with problem-solving ability
Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission
