Job Responsibility

  • Establishing a centralised, cross-location and cross-country safety and security management framework
  • Creating organisation-wide safety and security standard documents
  • Ensuring regular training on safety, security and travel management for different internal stakeholder groups
  • Acting as a central point of expertise and advice on safety, security and travel-related risks
  • Contributing to incident analysis and lessons learned processes
  • Developing further and mentoring the organisational travel management

Requirements

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in an international field
  • University Degree in Safety and Security Management, Economic Science, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Professional knowledge of safety and security
  • Communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English and German
  • Ability to distil complex concepts and recommendations in a simple manner
  • Analytical thinking with problem-solving ability
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission
