Job Responsibility

Manage the ISO:9001Quality Management systems, in accordance with the requirements set out in the standard. On a continuous basis, plan for the successful completion of audits and recertification. Working with Heads of Department, evaluate business processes, policies and procedures. This will include the design of new procedures, auditing their suitability, and training for their use

Strong knowledge of food safety, allergen management, and UK health & safety legislation

Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail

Job Responsibility

Lead all aspects of food safety and allergen management across the matchday catering and event operation
Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation, hygiene standards, and Levy policies
Oversee allergen information, recipe management, and menu compliance using The Source, Safety Culture and other relevant reporting systems
Maintain robust controls to prevent cross-contamination and ensure accurate labelling is implemented across the venue
Conduct regular audits of culinary operations, ensuring consistency and due diligence
Maintain accurate records of allergen data, Levy IPOE audit, and compliance documentation
Act as a champion for safety culture, driving engagement and accountability across all teams
Provide expert HSE advice and support to operational managers and teams
Lead the development, review, and implementation of risk assessments for all team members and activities
Conduct regular safety audits and workplace inspections, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions
