Job Responsibility

Responsible for all initial Emergency Response at the Canfor Pulp facilities including Fire, First Aid, Rescue and Hazmat
Responsible for the periodic inspections, maintenance and inventory of all Emergency Response equipment
Manage the Evacuation Program
Oversee the Confined Space Entry (CSE) Program
Develop and implement rescue plans for Confined Space Entry (CSE) and Fall Protection
Responsible for regulatory Fire Protection Inspections
Management of Marsh Impairment Program and online impairment submissions
Responsible for Fire Main Flushing, Fire Hydrant Flushing and capacity testing, Fire Hose Testing, Fire Extinguisher Inspections, Replacement and Inventory, Fire Hose Station Inspection Replacement and Inventory, Fire Pump Run Ups and Monitoring
Administration of the Hot Work Program
Responsible for PGFRS (City Fire) Inspection Deficiency Reporting and audit follow up
