Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive WHS Advisor to oversee a flagship, luxury multi-residential project located in the premier Manly / Northern Beaches area. This is a site-based position focusing on maintaining a gold-standard safety culture within a high-spec, high-reward environment. You will be the key person driving safety excellence on a premium coastal development, ensuring a safe working environment for all trades.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive WHS compliance across all tiers of sub-contractors on a complex, high-end luxury site
  • Conduct thorough site inductions, engaging toolbox talks, and regular safety audits
  • Ensure the project strictly aligns with NSW WHS legislation and the company's internal safety management systems
  • Manage incident reporting, investigations, and high-risk work permits with precision

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of WHS experience within the Australian construction industry, with a specific focus on high-end boutique or premium residential projects
  • Cert IV in WHS (minimum)
  • valid White Card
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the logistics and environmental constraints of Northern Beaches construction sites
