We are looking for a Safety Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a construction-focused organization. Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks that support office and safety-related operations within a construction environment
Respond to incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide courteous front-line support to internal and external contacts
Enter, update, and maintain records with a high level of accuracy to ensure documentation remains current and accessible
Welcome visitors and handle reception responsibilities while maintaining a detail-focused and organized office presence
Prepare, file, and organize forms, reports, and other business documents needed for daily operations
Coordinate with team members to track information, follow up on outstanding items, and keep administrative workflows moving efficiently
Support general office activities such as scheduling, correspondence, and document distribution to assist multiple departments as needed
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or similar role
Demonstrated ability to handle inbound calls and provide attentive receptionist-style support
Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
Experience performing administrative duties in an office setting with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in the construction industry or supporting construction-related operations
Proficiency in organizing documents, managing priorities, and maintaining efficient administrative processes
