Job Description

Justteachers is seeking a Safeguarding & Welfare Officer for an alternative provision in Kettering. This full‑time role begins February or March 2026 and involves supporting vulnerable pupils, managing safeguarding concerns and working closely with families and external agencies.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage safeguarding referrals and welfare concerns
