Safe Scrum Master

• Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments, and lead resolution efforts in collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Support the Product Owner in prioritisation, story sizing, and sprint planning
• Coach team members on Agile methods and technical practices such as CI/CD and TDD
• Track and manage risks and issues for the delivery team, ensuring transparency and timely escalation
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
• Monitor and report on delivery progress and team performance metrics

• Experienced in Agile methodologies with at least 5 years of practice and 3 years in large-scale projects as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, SOX, and security regulations
• Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams/Planner
• Holds a degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems is a plus
