Job Responsibility:

  • Own the entire implementation lifecycle—from project planning to go-live
  • Act as the key liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams, delivering a seamless onboarding experience
  • Define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with client needs and business priorities
  • Assist and guide clinics through a migration of their existing workflows to a new platform
  • Build and manage project plans and timelines
  • identify and resolve blockers proactively
  • Deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and support clients through system configuration, data imports, and integrations
  • Regularly communicate updates to internal stakeholders and client leadership to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch new features or integrations within the implementation workflow

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in project management tools and experience building timelines and status reports
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 10–15%)
