Job Responsibility:
Own the entire implementation lifecycle—from project planning to go-live
Act as the key liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams, delivering a seamless onboarding experience
Define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with client needs and business priorities
Assist and guide clinics through a migration of their existing workflows to a new platform
Build and manage project plans and timelines
identify and resolve blockers proactively
Deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and support clients through system configuration, data imports, and integrations
Regularly communicate updates to internal stakeholders and client leadership to ensure transparency and alignment
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch new features or integrations within the implementation workflow
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
4+ years managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency in project management tools and experience building timelines and status reports
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 10–15%)
