Job Description:

Responsible for the delivery of SaaS Cloud Services to customers across the Americas. The role manages technical operations, customer support, and cross-functional teams working across private/public cloud, SaaS, and IaaS environments. Strong technical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a customer advocate while ensuring high-quality service delivery
