Job Description

You’ll be based out of the Warsaw office, and regularly travelling to our office in the Netherlands. You’ll be building and closing relationships with Technology companies across the country. You are data-driven and can independently manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities, solving for short-term impact while executing the long-term strategy. These tech partnerships are predominantly focused on embedded payment solutions in among others the Hotel & Booking, Ticketing and Food Order verticals.

Job Responsibility

  • Scan the market in the Poland for potential partnerships opportunities, reaching out to these potential partners
  • Drive the partnerships opportunity pipeline in the region
  • Develop and review business and uses cases for new partnership opportunities
  • Take full responsibility for guiding partnerships prospects from first contact through to being a live, ramped up partner
  • Developing and redefining the go-to-market strategies for the Technology Partnerships channel, working with local leadership to ensure alignment with the wider commercial strategy in each region
  • Represent Mollie at industry events across Europe, in order to expand Mollie’s positioning as a leader in the embedded payments space

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience as an Account Executive, specifically closing deals in SaaS, FinTech, or E-commerce
  • Polish and professional English: You can confidently negotiate, run complex pitches, and close contracts in both languages
  • Full-Cycle Sales Experience: Experience managing a sales pipeline across both strategic business development deals and high-velocity opportunities, with a proven track record of leading negotiations, closing deals, and consistently achieving revenue targets
  • Fintech or API Literacy: Familiarity with online payments, platform plug-ins, or API integrations is a massive advantage
  • Warsaw Base: You are living in or willing to relocate to Warsaw, enjoying the flexibility of a local presence paired with the backing of a major European fintech

  • Develop and execute the prescriptive DACH territory marketing plan and strategy: Create brand awareness and actively contribute to pipeline and revenue
  • Develop and implement the partner marketing strategy for the region
  • Execute measurable integrated campaigns, ABM, demand generation programs, and events that drive results across the buyer’s journey
  • Own metrics for success in the DACH territory: Track, measure, follow-up of every program
  • Create impactful account-based marketing campaigns
  • Working with partner marketing and the partner account managers, co-develop marketing plans and activities with key regional partners to deliver pipeline
  • Collaborate with the Sales, and ADRs to create programs that contribute to “meetings booked” success
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams including demand generation, marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, inside sales, finance, etc.
  • Conduct Campaign analysis and reporting on marketing KPIs across the buyers’ journey, and make data-centric recommendations to increase pipeline and revenue
