社名非公開のサプライチェーンマネジメント職種で、S&OP Regional Planning Leadとしての業務内容が記載されています。主な業務は、地域の商業、財務、デリバリーおよび他のSCパートナーと協力して、IBPプロセスを改善することです。また、市場需要レビューを促進し、予測精度を確保する役割を担います。

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with Regional Commercial, Finance, Deliver and other SC partners to improve overall IBP process, by aligning and preparing/ facilitating PMR, Exec IBP and connection with Financial forecasting
  • Facilitate Market Demand Reviews with the cross-functional teams and ensure forecast accuracy through shared commercial/ supply chain accountability
  • Lead discussions with the market and regional teams (in DRs and Exec IBP) to ensure promotions, special events, and programs are incorporated into regional forecast submissions
  • Ensure Units and NTS are being discussed in all forums
  • Translate market intelligence, customer forecast, promotional activity, seasonality, and other internal or external factors that impact demand into the forecast projections
  • Design and generate a monthly analysis of demand, providing visibility to trends and anomalies to share with key stakeholders to enable better-informed decisions
  • Identify opportunities to effectively shape demand to influence service and/or cost (i.e. inventory)
  • Act as a central point of contact for his / her region for Demand, Supply, or Service-related concerns
  • Prepare, monitor, and report shared metrics (MAPE, BIAS, NTS $, etc.) to Regional and Global management
  • Develop and maintain analytics to support continuous improvement (i.e. trends, forecast ability, Forecast Value Add), developing new and ad hoc reports as required
  • Segment portfolio and apply appropriate techniques to each segment
  • Make recommended adjustments to the forecast based on this information
  • Continuously suggest and lead improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes
  • Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems

Requirements:

  • University Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance or equivalent
  • MBA in Engineering, business, or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience with ERP (SAP, APO, SNP, JDA, etc.) & Advanced Planning Systems
  • Min 8 years of business experience with 5 years of experience in Demand, Supply, or Manufacturing Planning, S&OP/ IBP, and/ or Forecasting Experience, Medical Device or Consumer industry preferred
  • Planning Certification (APICS/ IBF)
  • Green Belt Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience of working in an S&OP environment
  • People Management experience
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation – e.g. Import/ Export legislation, GMP, ISO requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to make the complex clear in both written & oral forms
  • Ability to build strong collaborative teams and relationships, leading cross-functional/ virtual teams where required
  • Persuading and influencing skills
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Self-directed and able to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to influence Director & VP Levels within the organization and in a matrix environment
  • Deep understanding of forecasting techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of analysis and problem-solving techniques
  • Strong understanding of financial valuation
  • Strong analytical skills and statistics
  • Understanding of trade promotions and marketing plans
