The S&OP, Operational Efficiency & AI Leader drives the S&OP process across Latin America while leading Operational Efficiency, Lean, and AI initiatives. This role enables cross-functional alignment, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility
Lead the deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of the S&OP process across Latin America, ensuring alignment between demand, capacity, operations, portfolio, and financial objectives
Facilitate executive planning cycles and cross-functional reviews, driving data-driven decision-making and collaboration across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams
Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks, opportunities, and scenario-based action plans to support business strategy and operational performance
Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the region, promoting process simplification, waste elimination, productivity gains, and adoption of operational best practices
Identify, implement, and scale Artificial Intelligence solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve project execution, and generate actionable insights through advanced analytics and automation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), operations, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S) and operational excellence practices
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in planning and business tools such as SAP, P6, Excel, and digital/AI-enabled solutions
Fluency in English, with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration across a regional environment
