Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced S/4 Data Expert to define our client's business data requirements, set enterprise data standards and ensure ECC data is ready for migration into S/4HANA. Working within the P&MM function, you'll partner across business, data and programme teams to deliver a high-quality, SAP-aligned data design that supports both process execution and analytics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and implement S/4 data standards for P&MM, including master and reference data
  • Support S/4 process and analytics design with deep data and object expertise
  • Align S/4 data design with enterprise standards, including interim-state models
  • Drive and report on P&MM data delivery priorities
  • Shape the current-to-future-state data journey, including change impact assessments
  • Ensure non-SAP system requirements are considered in the design
  • Contribute to Data Governance, Data Quality and Cleanse & Migration strategies
  • Support data migration activities, including business sign-off
  • Ensure compliance with global data governance frameworks and standards

Requirements:

  • Significant P&MM domain expertise with strong understanding of data's role in processes and reporting
  • Experience in data design change, user impact assessments and education
  • Proven ability to create and implement global Data Standards
  • Strong SAP and S/4HANA understanding across transactions, integration and reporting
  • Business/IT partnering experience in Data Governance initiatives
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and prioritisation skills

Nice to have:

  • Coupa (S2C/P2P) knowledge
  • Life sciences/healthcare experience
  • Data Governance and Data Quality expertise
