We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded RX Solutions Product Manager to lead the development and positioning of products across multiple events. This role connects product and sales, ensuring teams have the insights, tools, and materials needed to take offerings to market and support commercial growth. The focus is on enabling success across shows through clear structure, strong positioning, and effective execution.
Job Responsibility
Define and manage the product strategy for RX Solutions across multiple shows
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of product initiatives
Consolidate and provide insights, materials, and positioning to support sales teams in achieving revenue targets
Oversee the development of product offerings, ensuring consistency and strong market fit
Monitor timelines and ensure on-time delivery of product-related deliverables
Support commercial strategy by contributing to sales performance and product growth initiatives
Participate in and support event execution, including presence at shows when required
Requirements
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple areas
Solid analytical skills, including Excel proficiency (for example, pivot tables, data handling, and budgeting)
Experience managing or supporting product-related initiatives or commercial strategies
Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
