Job Description:

This role will lead one of two Enterprise New Business Sales teams in the US, with ownership of all new business sales across US West. Your primary responsibility will be to support and drive the team to accurately identify, qualify, structure, and close opportunities that help grow Zuora's critical US business. Starting with 6 Account Executives, this is an exciting opportunity to accelerate your leadership career in a highly rewarding, hands-on role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver strong, predictable quarterly sales execution
  • Partner with the GM to develop and execute the sales strategy for the region
  • Drive discipline and rigor across the team to maximize sales outcomes
  • Understand and articulate the latest market trends and innovations, and connect them to Zuora's value proposition and roadmap
  • Identify, model, and execute revenue-generating business opportunities
  • Lead dedicated regional resources across sales development, pre-sales, sales, and services
  • Partner with the Alliances Director to build successful long-term strategic partnerships
  • Partner with the Marketing Director to create plans that generate awareness, demand, and pipeline for Zuora
  • Develop, analyze, and present business metrics including operating results, forecasts, and key performance indicators

  • Demonstrated success winning seven-figure, complex enterprise deals involving multiple senior stakeholders and regional or global Systems Integrators
