The Regional Vice President (RVP), Northeast is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and strategic direction of a company's business within a specific geographic region. This position requires a dynamic and experienced leader capable of driving growth and profitability while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement regional business strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
Identify growth opportunities within the region and develop plans to capitalize on them
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making
Collaborate with senior management to set performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Oversee the daily operations of the region, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services and products
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
Implement and monitor operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control
Lead, mentor, and develop regional management teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Identify and address training and development needs within the region
Encourage open communication and collaboration among team members to achieve regional and company goals
Build and maintain strong account relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the region
Act as the primary point of contact for regional clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively
Represent the company at regional industry events, conferences, and meetings
Monitor and evaluate regional performance against targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management
Identify and address areas of underperformance, implementing corrective actions as needed
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial and operational data
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the refreshment services industry
Proven track record of successfully managing regional operations and driving business growth
Strong financial acumen and budget management experience with the ability to analyze data to make informed business decisions

Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills
