Job Description:

As an RVP of Commercial Client Sales, you’ll ensure the performance improvement of the Client Account Executive team by providing coaching and feedback, as well as taking on operational and administrative tasks to help the team exceed expectations. You’ll work closely with other Client Sales leaders to identify areas for improvement for the CAE team. In addition, you’ll bring knowledge of interview processes and assist with hiring for all teams within the sales organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Run a weekly team meeting and 1:1s with your AEs, as well as bi-weekly coaching sessions
  • Attend weekly leadership meetings
  • Coach and evaluate your team’s skills, identify any gaps, and use this knowledge to elevate their abilities to run the sales process
  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment
  • Align with cross-functional support teams and build relationships with other leaders to ensure your team has the right resources and support to be successful

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of SaaS, UC, CX, or AI sales experience
  • 2-3 years of management experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
