6 months in previous sales and leasing experience (Preferred)

Working knowledge of basic accounting principles

Job Responsibility

Ensures guests & residents receive the highest levels of service consistent with Sun’s Customer Service philosophy
Handles resident & guest complaints in a timely & professional manner, communicating through a variety of means
Manages the rent collection process, including collecting, posting & depositing income from leasing of rental sites. Ensures bad debt is submitted to collections
Handles delinquencies & approves eviction proceedings while adhering to Sun’s policies
Reviews residency applications & approves or denies residency
Ensures compliance of policies designed to increase team member safety. Submits workers’ compensation accident & incident reports on a timely basis
Reports deficiencies which would adversely affect the operation of the resort to the RVP
Enforces resort rules & regulations
Ensures compliance with federal state & local agencies that regulate fair housing laws & resort operations
Ensures that overall resort appearance is well maintained & groomed to Sun’s curb appeal standards

Develops annual operational and capital budgets and is held accountable, to the highest degree, for the control, accuracy and thoroughness of all expenses, records and reports, identifying potential misinformation and/or conflicts
Acts as a representative in a public relations capacity, at all times, particularly on weekends or during special functions
