Job Responsibility

Participate in structured Rural Generalist training rotations across emergency and primary care services
Manage acute presentations with increasing clinical autonomy appropriate to PGY level

Engage in supervised procedural and advanced skill development
Contribute to the continuity of care across emergency and community settings

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a culturally diverse and dynamic work environment
