An exciting opportunity is available for ED Senior doctors to join a structured Rural Generalist Training Program in Australia. This permanent post offers entry into a recognised 3-year fellowship pathway, combining Emergency Medicine exposure with primary care and advanced procedural skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-quality Emergency Department care within a rural healthcare setting
  • Participate in structured Rural Generalist training rotations across emergency and primary care services
  • Manage acute presentations with increasing clinical autonomy appropriate to PGY level
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary rural healthcare teams
  • Engage in supervised procedural and advanced skill development
  • Contribute to the continuity of care across emergency and community settings
