Job Description:

As an Running Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for network performance, full supervision of maintenance operations, quality monitoring, and maximizing the use of our charging hubs within your territory (covering multiple regions). Your role is essential to ensure top performance, deliver a flawless user experience, and effectively lead field teams.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a top engineering school (Master’s degree or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical, industrial, or operational environment, ideally in field management
  • Knowledge of electrical equipment, especially in diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Ability to motivate, lead, and develop a technical team
  • Autonomous, able to take initiative and propose solutions
  • Pragmatic, focused on solving problems quickly and effectively
  • Rigorous and methodical, able to juggle priorities
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of profitability levers
