Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is looking for a full-time Runner to join our exciting Florie’s restaurant team. The Runner is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

Job Responsibility

Assist the Server in providing an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards
Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification
Perform side work
Polish silverware
Refill condiment containers
Crumb tables

Requirements

General food knowledge
Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform to Four Seasons Standards
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to work inside and outside
Flexible schedule with ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
