Job Description:

The Runner-General role at Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center involves delivering items to guests and supporting various hotel departments to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining safety and confidentiality, and hands-on physical tasks. Job Responsibility:

Deliver items to guests in their rooms
Provide support across housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, front office, or other areas needing assistance
Maintain confidentiality, safety, and compliance with company policies
Uphold quality standards
Perform hands-on tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds
Navigate confined or elevated spaces, stairs, service ramps
Other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
None (License or Certification)
