Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated service
  • Preparing and maintaining tables according to the restaurant’s standards (mise en place)
  • Assisting with food and beverage service under the guidance of the waiter and maître d’
  • Ensuring the dining room remains clean, organized and impeccably presented at all times
  • Replenishing glassware, cutlery, tableware and service items during service
  • Clearing tables efficiently while maintaining proper service flow and discretion
  • Assisting in guest interaction with courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail
  • Anticipating the needs of both guests and the service team
  • Complying with hygiene, food safety and internal operating standards
  • Maintaining outstanding personal grooming, posture and communication at all times

Requirements:

  • Drive the development of key strategies and plans, including open space planning, reserve management plans, cemetery growth planning, and water conservation initiatives.
