Job Responsibility:
Supporting the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated service
Preparing and maintaining tables according to the restaurant’s standards (mise en place)
Assisting with food and beverage service under the guidance of the waiter and maître d’
Ensuring the dining room remains clean, organized and impeccably presented at all times
Replenishing glassware, cutlery, tableware and service items during service
Clearing tables efficiently while maintaining proper service flow and discretion
Assisting in guest interaction with courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail
Anticipating the needs of both guests and the service team
Complying with hygiene, food safety and internal operating standards
Maintaining outstanding personal grooming, posture and communication at all times
Requirements:
A positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
Genuine interest in fine dining and luxury hospitality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
English and Spanish
Excellent grooming, professionalism and work ethic
Valid work authorization for Spain
Nice to have:
Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality
Basic knowledge of table service and restaurant etiquette
