Job Description:

This team is responsible for providing management back offices, marketing and sales teams, as well as partners, with functional and efficient Protection tools. Within the Tribe Prévoyance, you integrate a Squad as an IT analyst to ensure the management of requests and the monitoring of production incidents managed by the Protection Department in compliance with defined commitments.

  • Guarantee the management of incident requests
  • Guarantee production monitoring (processing of TDI, IRO files, problem management, review of authorizations, monitoring of end-of-month treatments, management of ICP / PCA service continuity plans)
  • Qualify the incident files and show strength of proposals
  • Analyze any malfunction detected, diagnose it and solve it or, if necessary, call on the team concerned by monitoring its resolution
  • Conduct checkpoints at the major stages of the project and alert in the event of non-compliance in connection with squad members (Tech lead, developers, IT engineer)
  • Alert its management and the Squad of any major malfunction detected
  • Give the first orientations of feasibility, complexity, by contributing to the choice of the corrective solution in collaboration with the Squad members
  • Guarantee the performance of operational monitoring over the allocated period by ensuring responsiveness to the restoration of service and in compliance with SLAs
  • Assess the risks that may arise during your work and on the scope of responsibility
  • Guarantee the objectives and the deadlines of realization by guaranteeing the respect of the SLAs
  • Identify and request essential resources
  • Develop the functional or technical macro-solution (depending on its field) by seeking, if necessary, the necessary resources and expertise
  • Validate the solution, the functional or technical hypotheses (depending on its field)
  • Guarantee the updating of deliverables specific to the operation of the RUN according to norms and standards
  • Be an actor in the rise of his skills (functional and technical) on its perimeter (new project, extension perimeter, etc.)
  • Participate in meetings and committees related to its scope of intervention
  • Contribute to communication around his profession
  • Guarantee communication to the various stakeholders at the frequency defined with customers (business lines)
  • Organize documentation/knowledge base of our solutions
  • Keep it updated with the most FAQ from our clients and Bug fixing information
  • Prepare technical documentation
  • Continuous improvement approach, reducing the incidents
  • Challenge the team and share ideas

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in similar position
  • Experienced in application production run support
  • Incident Management on Web front systems and associated APIs
  • Knowledge on web technology (Java EE, Rest and SOAP Web Services, APIs, angular, Responsive web applications)
  • Fluent in French
