Job Description:

You´ll be responsible for the Financial Reporting to headquarters, end to end activities linked to Record to Report process such as intercompany reconciliations, accounting standards compliance, hygiene of balance sheet accounts, financial statements analysis (Income Statement, P&L, Cash-Flow & Equity), control compliance and process performance metrics. Relevant Stakeholders includes Controlling Teams, Group Chief Accountant Department, Tax, Finance Business Partners, Process Excellence Teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monthly Financial Reporting to Headquarters
  • Financial statements insights & analytics
  • Exposition of Financial Statements to Latin America Controllers
  • Responsible to coordinate and track relevant activities of our 3PSP
  • Enroll in global projects for LATAM
  • Responsible to ensure compliance controls of GFCF & SCOA
  • Coordinate with country Controller’s month end closing and action/corrective accounting plans were needed to comply with accounting policy manual
  • Process review setting preventive actions & continuous improvement
  • Communication with broad areas to give follow up to balance sheet changes
  • Participate in automation projects and digital reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related
  • Experience in Global Business Services Center (preferred)
  • 4 + years’ experience in Accounting & Financial Reporting
  • preferably within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or multinational companies
  • IFRS
  • SOX Controls
  • Advanced English (must)
  • Proficient Financial Accounting & Reporting oriented for main Financial Statements disclosure
  • Experience working with SAP SS and SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong orientation to Continuous Improvement & Learning
  • Intangible, Leased & Fixed Assets accounting and management experience
  • Intercompany operations reconciliation & reporting process stewardship
  • Accountability of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Experience developing root cause analysis (RCA)
