Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure accurate General Ledger postings and compliance with Financial Reporting Guidelines and local GAAP
  • Investigate and resolve G/L discrepancies and manage cost allocations for project accounting
  • Oversee project costing, delivery note management, and bank reconciliations
  • Handle fixed asset management, VAT processing, and account reconciliations
  • Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting
  • Prepare financial statements and maintain internal control compliance
  • Address RTR issues and provide expert support for accounting queries
  • Collaborate across SSC teams and regional/country departments
  • Conduct analytical reviews and offer accounting guidance to enhance operations
  • Drive finance-related change initiatives

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Record to Report (RtR)/General Ledger position
  • Experience with SAP
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level, spoken and written)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for making an impact
  • Critical thinking skills and a drive for process improvements and innovations
