Job Description:

Main responsibility is to lead Route to Market (RTM) performance analytics and sales audit operations to ensure strong governance, accurate field execution, and actionable insights across all RTM locations. The incumbent will be responsible for Distributor Operating Standard Assessment (DOSA) compliance, while owning RTM reports and audits, and leading Single Point of Contact (SPOC) audit teams to strengthen sales discipline, route effectiveness, and alignment between system data and field realities. This role leads internal and external audit teams, manages governance routines, and collaborates with Sales, RTM and other support functions to deliver reliable data, enforce RTM standards, and support decision-making through structured insights.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own daily RTM performance reporting by Commercial Territories
  • Lead tracking and publishing of RTM KBI dashboards, sales productivity and SKUs penetration reports
  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly RTM reports, Joint Scorecards, and leadership presentations
  • Lead RTM back-office (SPOC) team to validate sales visits, deliveries, promotional execution, cooler presence, and outlet activities
  • Oversee daily audit execution through phone and field checks
  • Share audit outcomes with Sales teams and escalate critical issues for resolution
  • Drive implementation of governance policies and consequence management for non-compliance
  • Use audits to reinforce sales discipline, detect breaches, and align system data with field realities
  • Support RTM rollout initiatives with daily KBI reports
  • Translate operational data into actionable insights, highlighting trends, gaps, and action plans
  • Own internal DOSA compliance with Sales Representatives and Distribution Managers in collaboration with the RTM Coordination team
  • Manage third-party audit agencies to ensure monthly external DOSA audits are completed
  • Resolve operational issues related to audit devices and vendor payments
  • Ensure timely submission of DOSA conditional rebate files to Finance to prevent distributor payment delays

Requirements:

  • BA / B. SC or HND in relevant discipline
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Sales Data Analysis & Audit and Insights, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector
  • Prior field sales experience or strong exposure to working closely with field sales teams is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability (advanced Excel required)
  • Experience leading field audit, sales data validation and governance routines
  • Desired candidate must be willing and comfortable operating between office and field work
