Rtis Analyst

• Monitor and replace batteries in RTLS devices and staff safety badges
• Perform routine system checks to ensure devices are functioning properly
• Check the status and performance of RTLS hardware across assigned areas
• Tag and track equipment and assets using the RTLS system
• Assign staff safety badges to employees and maintain accurate records
• Review badge usage and follow up on inactive or unused badges
• Collect, redeploy, and reassign unused staff safety badges
• Support staff with badge questions, replacements, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain clear documentation of badge assignments, battery changes, and tagged assets

• Familiarity with RTLS systems, asset tracking platforms, or badge‑based safety systems (preferred)
• Experience working with hardware devices such as tags, badges, and sensors
• Comfortable using tracking systems, dashboards, and basic reporting tools
• Ability to follow structured processes and documentation standards
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing device status and usage
• Ability to identify and resolve basic hardware or tracking issues (e.g., low batteries, inactive devices)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Clear and professional communication skills with both technical and non‑technical users
• Strong documentation and record‑keeping abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Proactive, dependable, and detail‑oriented work style
• Comfortable with hands‑on technical and device support
• High school diploma or associate degree required
• bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, asset tracking, healthcare support, or a related role preferred
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical environment is a plus
