Manage a quality caseload of RTA litigation matters from a defendant perspective.

• Recent and proven RTA experience
• willing to handle RTA litigation matters from a defendant perspective
• pre-litigation experience is acceptable for candidates wanting to transition into litigation.

• Experience as a Fee Earner in claimant or defendant RTA cases
