Job Description

The SAP Integration Suite / CPI Developer will design, develop, test, document, deploy, monitor, and support integrations between SAP S/4HANA and multiple SAP and non-SAP systems in a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role is aligned to a Greenfield+ SAP S/4HANA RISE PCE implementation using Fit-to-Standard principles, Clean Core delivery, structured governance, formal change control, and multi-wave deployment execution. This role will work primarily with SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration, and must also support CPI-DS / SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services for SAP IBP data integration. The developer will support integrations across procurement, supplier collaboration, HR, finance, tax, manufacturing, labeling, banking, analytics, planning, and third-party enterprise applications. The position requires strong hands-on technical skills, rigorous documentation discipline, structured testing support, cutover readiness, hypercare support, and knowledge transfer to support/COE teams.

  • Design, build, schedule, monitor, and support CPI-DS jobs for SAP IBP integration, including master data and transactional data movement between SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP
  • Support SAP IBP integration scenarios involving planning areas, key figures, attributes, planning levels, master data, transactional data, full/delta loads, job scheduling, monitoring, error handling, and reconciliation
  • Develop integrations involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, SuccessFactors, Concur, BlackLine, OneSource, OpenText VIM/OCR, SAP Sales Cloud, SimpleMDG, SAP IBP, SAP PLM, SAP ECTR, SAP Integrated Product Development, MES platforms, Loftware, Enlabel, SAP Document Compliance/DRC, SAP Multibank Connectivity/MBC, SAP BCM, SAC, Datasphere, Power BI, Snowflake, Workday, Dayforce/Ceridian, Oracle EBS, Oracle Demand Management, Oracle intercompany, Legal Tracker, Kiosk, CTSI, Reliance, tax/e-invoicing platforms, supplier/customer EDI partner systems, and other enterprise applications
  • Create interface design documents, source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, routing logic, error handling designs, retry logic, reconciliation approach, monitoring procedures, runbooks, and deployment documentation
  • Support synchronous, asynchronous, file-based, API-based, message-based, EDI, B2B, cXML, and event-driven integration patterns
  • Develop integrations using adapters and protocols including IDoc, OData, REST, SOAP, cXML, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, SFTP, APIs, XML, JSON, OAuth, certificates, PGP/encryption, and related message formats
  • Support SAP Ariba Managed Gateway / Cloud Integration Gateway scenarios for purchase orders, purchase order changes, goods receipts, service entry sheets, invoices, invoice status, payment remittance, supplier collaboration, and Business Network processes
  • Support EDI scenarios for supplier and customer-facing transactions, including direct supplier/customer EDI where standard network connectivity is not sufficient
  • Support banking and treasury integrations including payment files, bank statements, inbound/outbound messages, SWIFT/EBICS connectivity, bank onboarding, format validation, certificate/security setup, exception handling, and bank connectivity testing
  • Monitor CPI and CPI-DS jobs, troubleshoot failures, analyze logs, coordinate data corrections, manage retries and reloads, and resolve integration defects during SIT, UAT, mock cutover, production cutover, and hypercare
  • Support formal integration testing including SIT1, SIT2, UAT, regression testing, performance testing, security testing, cutover rehearsals, production deployment, hypercare stabilization, and handover to support/COE teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field. Equivalent hands-on SAP integration project experience may be considered
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive assigned deliverables from design through hypercare
  • Ability to work effectively in a global delivery model across onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to functional and business stakeholders
  • Ability to work within formal governance, documentation, validation, change control, and deliverable acceptance processes
  • Ability to prepare clear knowledge transfer materials and support transition to application support or SAP Center of Excellence teams

  • Experience with SAP IBP integration using CPI-DS in global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
  • Experience with data load performance tuning, job scheduling, dependency management, full/delta load strategies, and high-volume planning data reconciliation
