  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with end users, Project Management, Space Planning, and Move Management teams for CAD needs while coordinating with stakeholders to verify seat identification updates
  • Issue Resolution Management: Manage work order tickets regarding audits, floor plan updates, facility and furniture coordination while ensuring timely resolution to meet KPI requirements and maintain service excellence
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with RPM Space Management teams to ensure floor plan accuracy, coordinate issue tracking resolution, and serve as central liaison for spatial data inquiries and updates
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain detailed documentation, ensure compliance with standards and guidelines for procedures and project systems organization, and consistently meet deadlines for defined tasks and deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field with 1-3 years of work experience in architecture, facilities management, or real estate field
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and CAFM software with ability to edit floor plans, manage spatial data, and generate accurate technical documentation
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets and Docs) with experience updating trackers, conducting data analysis, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for onsite and virtual client interactions with strong interpersonal skills for executive-level internal and external client engagement
  • Outstanding organization and documentation experience with detail-oriented approach for capturing space and occupant data to update floor plans accurately
  • Understanding of standards and guidelines for procedures, documentation, project systems organization, and technology implementation within facility management environments
  • Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed with ability to consistently meet deadlines and complete tasks as defined within dynamic work environments

Nice to have:

  • Background in space planning with understanding of occupancy optimization, layout design principles, and workplace strategy implementation
  • Space data analysis experience with ability to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making through spatial analytics
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work both in team environments and independently while managing competing priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Experience with process optimization, workflow enhancement, or technology implementation within facility management or space planning contexts
  • Background managing client relationships, coordinating service delivery, or supporting customer-facing operations in professional services environments
  • Experience supporting project management activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, or managing multiple workstreams simultaneously within complex organizational structures
