We are seeking a skilled RPA Support Engineer to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, ensuring smooth and efficient automation operations.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in RPA processes and bots
Provide technical support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions
Collaborate with RPA developers, business analysts, and operations teams
Ensure high availability and performance of automation workflows
Maintain documentation for RPA processes, issues, and resolutions
Assist in upgrades, deployments, and process enhancements
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation improvements
Requirements:
Strong experience in RPA support and maintenance, preferably with UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
Knowledge of RPA architecture, workflows, and best practices
Experience with troubleshooting bots and resolving technical issues
Familiarity with SQL, scripting, and basic programming concepts
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience with RPA deployment in enterprise environments
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for automation solutions
