Job Description

As RPA Developer Team Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of RPA Junior Developer and RPA Developer, ensuring the successful delivery of automation solutions aligned with business goals. You will oversee the full lifecycle of RPA development—from design to deployment—while promoting best practices and technical excellence. In collaboration with stakeholders and IT, you will ensure compliance, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement through intelligent automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in RPA or other development team management
  • Expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps methodologies
  • Programming skills (Python, C#, JavaScript, VB.NET, SQL, etc.)
  • Experience with APIs, databases, and system integrations
