RPA Delivery Manager

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream RPA/automation programs from initiation to production deployment
• Manage portfolio of 15-25+ automation projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including steering committees, RACI matrices, and escalation procedures
• Drive agile delivery methodologies and ensure adherence to project management best practices
• Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders, business sponsors, and external vendors
• Build, scale, and mature the automation CoE from current state to enterprise-wide capability
• Develop and execute 3-year automation roadmap aligned with business strategy and digital transformation goals
• Establish CoE operating model, including governance, standards, training programs, and support functions
• Create and maintain automation pipeline with 100+ identified opportunities
• Drive change management initiatives to promote automation adoption across business units
• Develop reusable automation assets, templates, and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency by 30-40%
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 50-75 professionals including solution architects, RPA developers, business analysts, and project managers
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple concurrent projects
• Establish talent acquisition strategies and build high-performing automation delivery teams
• Create career development pathways and succession planning for team members
• Foster innovation culture and continuous learning within the CoE
• Manage strategic relationships with RPA platform vendors (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft)
• Negotiate enterprise licensing agreements and optimize tool costs
• Establish partnerships with system integrators and consulting firms for specialized expertise
• Evaluate and onboard emerging automation technologies (AI/ML, IDP, Process Mining, Chatbots)

• 15+ years of IT experience
• 8+ years in RPA/Automation delivery management
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing teams of 40+ people
• Proven track record of scaling CoE organizations from startup to mature state
• Experience managing $5M+ automation budgets and demonstrating measurable ROI
• Deep understanding of multiple RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
• Strong knowledge of automation architecture patterns, governance frameworks, and security models
• Experience with healthcare automation use cases including EHR integration, claims processing, prior authorization, and regulatory reporting
• Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare compliance requirements
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, IDP, NLP, and intelligent automation
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
• Proven experience in business case development and ROI measurement
• Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimization
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe)
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Strong risk management and issue resolution capabilities
