Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced RPA Delivery Manager at the Associate Director level with a minimum of 15+ years of overall IT experience and 8+ years in RPA/Automation delivery management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management of large-scale automation programs, growing and scaling the automation Center of Excellence (CoE), and driving strategic automation initiatives across the enterprise. Healthcare domain expertise is highly preferred to align automation strategies with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream RPA/automation programs
  • Manage portfolio of 15-25+ automation projects simultaneously
  • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of IT experience
  • 8+ years in RPA/Automation delivery management
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing teams of 40+ people
  • Proven track record of scaling CoE organizations
  • Experience managing $5M+ automation budgets
  • Deep understanding of multiple RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
  • Strong knowledge of automation architecture patterns, governance frameworks, and security models
  • Experience with healthcare automation use cases
  • Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, IDP, NLP, and intelligent automation
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Proven experience in business case development and ROI measurement
  • Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimization
  • Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Strong risk management and issue resolution capabilities
