RPA Delivery Manager

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream RPA/automation programs
• Manage portfolio of 15-25+ automation projects simultaneously
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks
• Drive agile delivery methodologies
• Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders, business sponsors, and external vendors
• Build, scale, and mature the automation CoE
• Develop and execute 3-year automation roadmap
• Establish CoE operating model
• Create and maintain automation pipeline with 100+ identified opportunities
• Drive change management initiatives
• Develop reusable automation assets, templates, and accelerators
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 50-75 professionals
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning
• Establish talent acquisition strategies
• Create career development pathways
• Foster innovation culture
• Manage strategic relationships with RPA platform vendors
• Negotiate enterprise licensing agreements
• Establish partnerships with system integrators and consulting firms
• Evaluate and onboard emerging automation technologies

• 15+ years of IT experience
• 8+ years in RPA/Automation delivery management
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing teams of 40+ people
• Proven track record of scaling CoE organizations
• Experience managing $5M+ automation budgets
• Deep understanding of multiple RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
• Strong knowledge of automation architecture patterns, governance frameworks, and security models
• Experience with healthcare automation use cases
• Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare compliance requirements
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, IDP, NLP, and intelligent automation
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
• Proven experience in business case development and ROI measurement
• Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimization
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe)
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Strong risk management and issue resolution capabilities
