Job Description:

ABOUT THE JOB: Act as a bridge between business units and the Automation CoE to ensure alignment of automation initiatives with business objectives. Engage with business stakeholders and Product Owners to gather requirements and understand pain points. Analyze as-is processes and design to-be processes with a focus on simplification and standardization. Document functional specifications and process definitions for automation solutions. Identify and assess processes suitable for automation based on complexity, business value, and compliance. Prepare business cases highlighting quantitative and qualitative benefits such as time savings, error reduction, and improved data quality. Collaborate with DevOps and vendors to translate requirements into technical solutions and validate feasibility. Support user acceptance testing by creating test scenarios and coordinating with operational teams during rollout. Maintain demand pipeline, update stakeholders on progress, and ensure compliance with Automation CoE standards and Agile methodologies. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience of RPA tools and Intelligent Automation frameworks, process automation (e.g., Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath)
  • Strong understanding of business processes, workflow mapping, and wireframe design
  • Familiarity with ERP processes and systems
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Experience working in Agile environments and with DevOps teams
  • Ability to calculate automation benefits and build effort estimates
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
