Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Technical Team Leader with over 8-10 years of total experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and 2 years in team management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and will be responsible for managing a team of RPA developers, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers
  • Provide technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Manage expectations and communicate project progress
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of RPA projects
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Provide technical expertise in UiPath and RPA including solution design, development, and implementation
  • Ensure all RPA solutions are tested thoroughly and meet quality standards before deployment
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Implement best practices in RPA development and project management
  • Conduct training sessions for team members and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years total experience
  • Minimum 5 years in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Minimum 2 years in team management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficiency in UiPath including Studio, Orchestrator, and other relevant tools
  • Strong understanding of RPA design patterns, best practices, and development methodologies
  • Experience with integrating RPA solutions with other enterprise systems
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
  • UiPath certification(s) highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Nice to have:

  • Experience in managing multiple RPA projects simultaneously primarily UiPath
  • Knowledge of other RPA tools and technologies
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
