Job Description

Randstad Digital is hiring a RPA Business Analyst for direct integration, in a company located in Porto. Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for gathering requirements and analysing processes for automation, accurately, thoroughly, and timely
  • Facilitates discovery workshops for automation programs, including managing stakeholders, facilitating LSS (Lean Six Sigma) process improvement activities, and supporting automation design best practices
  • Assists in the creation of automation design documents to support business decision-making, process streamlining, automation development and performance improvement
  • Creates automation business cases to document automation ROI
  • Assists in the creation of automation roadmap and supports delivery of timelines
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders clearly, timely and professionally, both in writing and verbally
  • Design, develop, and implement new processes in RPA tools in accordance with internal coding standards
  • Enhancements and troubleshooting to existing automation
  • Comprehension and documentation of compliance to the SBM risk management framework (controls, policies, procedures) applicable to business, financial, & IT
  • Collection, capture, and communication of metrics, risks, updates and status with the Innovation team and stakeholders
  • Day to day bot monitoring, react to problems in the environment and resolve them
  • Participates in investigation and remediation of issues as required
  • Collaborates with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identifies opportunities for process automation that increases efficiencies and reduces operational risk
  • Ensures process changes are appropriate, accurate, effective, and documented
  • Ensures defects are accurately documented, escalated, and resolved in a timely manner
  • Conducts deep-dive workshops with process owners to understand and accurately document business process requirements
  • Escalates issues and risks to management where appropriate

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Automation Project Management or Business Analysis
  • Proven experience designing and deploying process automation using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, AI Builder)
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems integration and data flow automation
  • Solid understanding of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Power BI Process Mining, or UiPath Process Mining)
  • Knowledge of AI and cognitive automation capabilities (e.g., document understanding, generative AI, natural language processing, or intelligent chatbots)
  • Experience in Data, System, and Process Mapping with strong analytical modelling skills
  • Ability to create, manage, and report on complex product or automation roadmaps efficiently
  • Background in Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Design Thinking)
  • Experience working within Agile and Hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) project environments
  • Familiarity with scripting or low-code solution design for automation scalability and governance
